We refuse to ship a slow website.
Every site launches above 95 on Lighthouse performance and stays there. If a feature can't be built without breaking that, we find another way to build it.
We refuse to disappear after launch.
A website is not a deliverable, it is infrastructure. Every project stays under maintenance with a named team and a portal that shows you exactly what we did.
We refuse to hand over something you can't run.
You own the code, the domain, the analytics and the accounts. Nothing is held hostage, and leaving is always possible — which is why almost nobody does.
We refuse to design by committee or by trend.
Decisions are made against your customers' behaviour, not internal taste and not what shipped on Dribbble this quarter. We will argue for the evidence.
We are a small studio, deliberately.
Enough people to build serious things, few enough that the person who designed your site is the person who answers when you need something changed. We take on a limited number of clients because maintenance is a promise, and promises don't scale infinitely.
